Inside its automated cadence, I sensed friction — inefficiencies as signals.
I rebuilt workflows using Python and Power BI — uncovering obscured layers and bottlenecks.
Dashboards became instruments; visualizations, apertures.
Each refinement echoed a shift in calibration — revealing what lay beneath output.

I moved through supply chains, margin flows, and audit thresholds — watching for where coherence frayed.
I led audits, built automated reports, and invited 100+ employees into shared dashboards as mirrors.
I listened for misaligned figures that revealed behavioral tension; fractured data asked to be restructured.
I redesigned reporting logic to reflect what numbers couldn’t say.
The system began to listen. Meaning emerged in the space between.

I entered this field as a volunteer and a listener.
Among indigenous communities, I helped build spaces — not just medical teams or art programs, but containers of safety, curiosity, and voice.
With over 150 children, I designed art and handcraft sessions as portals: for expression, for self-regulation, for remembering joy.
Each week, I returned to offer after-school support. More than tutoring, it was a kind of presence.
We sold crops. We co-created with foundations. We built systems of wellness in places where the state had left silence.
BASF Career Exploration Camp
Co-Curator | 2018 – 2019
We transformed an abandoned school into a space of future-sensing.
With BASF, I helped curate two immersive camps for underprivileged youth, to bridge them into imaginal futures.
I matched professionals from diverse fields with children, facilitating dialogues that transcended career talk:
What does it mean to become something you’ve never seen?
What does aspiration feel like in a body that has only known survival?
We built more than events. We activated possibility.
